Availability

Most items will ship within 24-48 hours. Special order items take a longer lead time. Our buyers work diligently to provide us with the quantities we expect to sell. We will do everything possible to ship the products promptly.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are straightforward and simple. They are conspicuously displayed in the shopping cart. Certain items such as bed mats, running boards, cargo extenders and trailer hitches will require a slightly higher freight rate, this is also displayed in the shopping cart. Due to the exclusivity and limited availability of many of our items, Ford Motor Company may only provide some items while supplies last. If a product is ordered that has been discontinued by Ford Motor Company and is out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours via e-mail. All items will be shipped Fedex Ground or UPS Ground, except APO/FPO orders, which are shipped USPS Parcel Post. Expedited shipping may be available at extra cost. Please contact us to verify availability and fees.

Destinations

We currently ship items anywhere within the continental U.S. We ship to military addresses (using APO and FPO codes) if they're within the continental U.S. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

A single order must be shipped entirely to one address, using one shipment method.

Payment

At this time we only accept orders with shipping addresses within the continental United States. All payments must be made in U.S. currency. Money Orders are accepted and the items will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the Money Order. Checks will be held for 5 business days to clear the bank before the order is processed. Phone Orders

We are open for phone orders from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time. Please use our web site to generate your order. Simply place items in your shopping cart, complete the Checkout Page and click CONTINUE at the bottom of the page. This will show your order total and your shipping and billing information on a Confirmation Page. Print out the Confirmation Page (do not click SUBMIT or the order will be placed online). It will have all the necessary information we need to fill your order when you call. It also includes the shipping charges and taxes if applicable.

Ordering By Fax

To order by fax, please place items in your shopping cart, complete the Checkout Page and click CONTINUE at the bottom of the page. This will show your order total and your shipping and billing information on a Confirmation Page. Print out the Confirmation Page (do not click SUBMIT or the order will be placed online) and fax it to 1-860-379-2473. Please include Credit Card information on the form faxed to us. We require the name, as it appears on the credit card, credit card number, expiration date and the name of the credit card company.

Ordering By Mail

To place an order by postal mail, simply place items in your shopping cart, complete the Checkout Page and click CONTINUE at the bottom of the page. This will show your order total and your shipping and billing information on a Confirmation Page. Print out the Confirmation Page (do not click SUBMIT or the order will be placed online) and mail it to the address below with your personal check or money order. We do not accept cash.

Orders placed with money orders are shipped immediately. Personal check orders are delayed at least 5 business days for the check to clear.

Receipt Acknowledgment

After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment immediately confirming that we are processing your order. The message will contain the details of your order including the total amount that will be billed to your credit card including tax, shipping and handling. Your credit card is charged manually, when we process your order.

Returns

Ford-Parts-Direct.com has a hassle free policy to accept returns of merchandise (i.e. clothing, gift items and NASCAR merchandise, excluding die-cast). We will be happy to accept return of these products within 15 days of receipt. You must e-mail us for a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping any items to us. We will not accept any returns unless these procedures are followed.

We cannot accept returns on Ford Motor Company Accessories. However, you may return a defective accessory item to any Ford Motor Company Dealership in the United States for warranty replacement as long as it qualifies. You will need proof of purchase and the original undamaged packaging. Wind Deflectors can not be replaced once the package is open.

We can not be held responsible for product changes. Ford Motor Company changes the physical appearance of some items. They still are designed to fit the application but the appearance may be different than pictured on our site. We have no control over Ford Motor Company's decision to make these changes and can not be held accountable.

Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs unless we are at fault. There is a 20% restocking fee on any returned item unless it is our mistake. You will be responsible for the freight charges to return the authorized items unless it is our mistake.

Damaged Product

If your product was damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipper (eg. USPS., UPS) within 48 hours of receiving the product. At that time you will need to file a damage claim with the shipper, NOT with us.

Products Lost in Shipment

Ford-Parts-Direct.com is not responsible for a package that is lost during shipment. However, if the freight company (eg. FedEx or UPS) declares the package as lost, we will ship a replacement of the same item. We will only ship a replacement if the freight company declares it lost.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately upon that determination, preferably within 30 minutes of the order. If it is after our normal business hours you must send an e-mail and then contact us the following business day at 9:00 AM EST. You must speak to one of our representatives before the order can be cancelled. If the order is in the process of shipment, it cannot be cancelled. It can not be cancelled if it has been delivered. Ford-Parts-Direct.com is not responsible for a cancellation if the order is in the process of shipment.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused upon delivery, there will be no refund of merchandise and/or freight charges.

LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR GENUINE FORD, LINCOLN AND MERCURY ACCESSORIES, ALONG WITH FORD, LINCOLN AND MERCURY LICENSED ACCESSORIES.

Genuine Ford Accessories, Genuine Lincoln Accessories and Genuine Mercury Accessories will be warranted for whichever provides the greatest benefit: 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first), or the remainder of the Bumper-to-Bumper 3-year/36,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Contact your Ford Dealer for details and a copy of the limited warranty. Ford Licensed Accessories (FLA), Genuine Lincoln Accessories (LLA) and Mercury Licensed Accessories (MLA) are warranted by the accessory manufacturer´s warranty. FLA, LLA and MLA are fully designed and developed by the accessory manufacturer and have not been designed or tested to Ford Motor Company engineering requirements. See your Ford Dealer for details regarding the manufacturer´s limited warranty and/or a copy of the FLA or MLA product limited warranties offered by the accessory manufacturer.

COVER GENUINE FORD, LINCOLN OR MERCURY ACCESSORIES IN A FORD ESP PREMIUMCARE PLAN.

Depending on the Ford ESP Plan you select, some dealer-installed Genuine Ford and Mercury Accessories can be covered for up to 7 years or 100,000 miles. Details at your dealership.
